Regular Meeting
Town Office Building January 25th 2016
40 Old Farms Road 7PM
I. Approval of minutes from the 11/19/15 and 12/7/15 meetings.
II. General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for
discussion and individual requests to speak.
III. Director’s report.
IV. Old Business:
A. Discuss the layout of the shed at the RRAC for use by soccer, and LL. Also
discuss the level of involvement per group in the interior build out.
B. Review the scoreboard and plan on how and when it will be installed.
C. Discuss the review made by each WPRC member of the [4] fields and waterfront.
V. New Business:
A. Discuss the WPRD budget that will be due on February 18th and presented at the
BOF meeting on February 25th.
B. The Recreation Directors office is now located in the lower level of the Town
Office Building, sharing a space with the Youth, Family and Social Services
Director. This relocation requires some new office furniture. Funds will need to
be discussed and allocated for this purpose.
C. Discuss the current balance of our WPRD budget and fund balance, and what can
be done with it.
D. Ed Taiman to present a fund raising idea with a water vending machine.
E. Joe Colangelo attended the CIP meeting regarding our present requests. The $5K
granted for an exercise station needs to be implemented, and a change in the
present requests should be reviewed.

Office Building at 40 Old Farms Road.
